One-on-one Yoga and Breath Work
A trauma-informed yoga instructor in the Ashtanga and Iyengar traditions of yoga, registered with Yoga Alliance, and trained in Yoga for Cancer Patients/Survivors and Yoga for Trauma and Addiction through Yoga Impact, Kim offers one-on-one sessions with clients wishing to cultivate strategies for somatic regulation, relaxation, and personal growth and healing. Kim uses breath work, meditation, and asana (physical postures) to guide clients toward the optimal conditions for healing in the body, mind, and spirit. Limited mobility? Not a problem…come as you are. We can start with chair yoga!
